Fareway!

One day while I was getting groceries with my mom at Fareway, we noticed two guys walk by. The only reason they caught our attention was because they were not speaking English. My mom looked at me and asked me what they were saying. I told her that I had no idea because they were talking too fast and I was not paying close enough attention. We continued to shop and we met them in just about every isle. In one isle we passed them, and I noticed two more people that looked like they also spoke Spanish. When the couple met the two guys, I heard them start to talk in Spanish. I tried to listen to what they were saying, but it was very difficult. I did however hear them say they were both from Cuba. I didn't catch anything elso because they talked with an accent, and I could not understand it. When I told my mom what they had said, she thought it was neat that I was able to tell what they were saying. I felt a proud to be able to understand even that little it of Spanish. It made my day being able to listen to what they were saying, eventhough easedropping is not always the best choice.
